At Caring Steps members of the adult team will support children and young people to form a secure base so they are able to grow, developed and build positive relationships.
At times this may be challenging but it can also be very rewarding when you see the child flourish and met their own individual milestones. It’s important that members of the adult team have a good level of resilience and empathy in order to help and support the children and young people reach their potential and the best possible outcomes socially, emotionally and educationally.
